Watch a preview video (30 minutes) of Wisconsin Public Television’s Wisconsin War Stories and listen to a panel of Vietnam veterans from Lake Mills discuss their own experiences during, and after, Vietnam. Refreshments served throughout.

The Wisconsin Vietnam War Stories documentary interviews Badger veterans from all branches service and time periods throughout the war.

Afterwards Veterans, and others, are invited to join us at the Tyranena Brewing at 1025 Owen Street.

On Tuesday, June 1 at 6:00 PM the Arts Alliance of Greater Lake Mills will hold its monthly meeting at Water House Foods on Main Street in downtown Lake Mills.   In addition to reporting on events and the state of the organization, a video presentation from Art:21 Season Five will be shown providing access to the artists who create the art of our time. Season Five, a Peabody Award winning documentary, presents internationally renowned artists at work and speaking in their own words as they create art. Art:21 allows viewers to experience first-hand the complex processes behind some of today’s most intriguing and thought-provoking art.

The run begins in commons Park in downtown Lake Mills. Registration will start at 10 am and the race will start at 11. Registration forms can be picked up at CV Hair Company and in some area businesses. Please pre-register to ensure you receive a T-shirt! Drawings, raffles & prizes galore!

The run is in support of the Alliance for the Great Lakes to help support clean water.

Correctly give the location of the building pictured and be placed in a drawing for a $25 Chamber Gift Certificate. $1 to enter.
