Seasonal Cooking Demo – this month our featured chef is Shawn Rediske from Water House Foods. If you want to know the secrets and hard work that goes into each loaf of Water House Foods bread, then join us at 6:00pm at the Lake Mills Farmers’ Market, at the WHF booth, for a bread demo. Learn about the four ingredients, the steps in bread-making, and the science of the whole process. Try your hand at kneading and shaping loaves and then sample your way through the many varieties that WHF produces. Come play in the flour!
Every Wednesday from 2 pm until dusk Commons Park in downtown Lake Mills comes alive with fresh, local produce, baked goods, crafts and more.
