On Sunday, April 18th for 2 hours, beginning at 9:30am Deborah Williamson, Senior Baptiste Yoga Teacher will bring her dynamic flow to Bliss Power Yoga.
You don’t want to miss this! Deborah Williamson has taught yoga around the world. She will be coming to Lake Mills right after teaching at the Boston Yoga Journal Conference. Debbie has extensive training in various yoga traditions, but centers her teaching on the very powerful Baptiste style. Debbie works closely with Baron Baptiste as well as conducts trainings and workshops of her own. This is a great opportunity to tap into your true potential. Gemstone Workshop III – Grids and Protection. In this class Jeanette will continue to identify and appreciate gemstones and quartz crystals for their spiritual strengths and powers. We will explore the use of gemstones in protective shields and grids; creating a room shield as part of the experience. Workshop starts at 7:00 PM.
