For the 7th year in a row, Patricia will cook up some Louisiana crawfish (along with an assortment of veggies) in a Tyranena beer yet to be determined (since we didn’t brew Fighting Finches Mai Bock this year) for a traditional crawfish boil. The 60 pounds of crawfish will be shipped live to us by the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Patricia will be splitting up the crawfish into 2 batches – with the hopes that the 2nd batch will be spicier.

What’s a Hopluck Dinner, you ask? Well, it’s a fun and creative twist on a traditional potluck dinner.  You bring a favorite dish to share with the masses or at least a few fellow beer lovers.  All we ask is that you make your dish “Legendary” by using Tyranena beer as one ingredient in the dish.  We supply the dishware, eating utensils and ambiance.

Hopluck Dinners are from time to time (about every 3 to 6 months…) and begin at 6:30 p.m. and go until the food is gone.  E-mail Stacey with any questions at stacey@tyranena.com.
