Besides the usual great vendors, Lake Mills Main Street Program Farmers’ Market, will feature a seasonal cooking demo on Wednesday, June 10. The demonstration will be in the gazebo in Common’s Park. Chef Greg Carpenter, owner of Carp’s Landing in Lake Mills will be the featured presenter. 

Greg CarpenterOriginally from Lake Mills, Carpenter has worked in the restaurant business for over 25 years, locally and in many other areas of the US. Known for his in-house smoked items at Carp’s Landing, Carpenter brings the flavors of Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado, Florida and Alaska to his dishes.

The Farmers’ Market will feature a seasonal cooking demonstration the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm through the end of the market in October.
